10 oz choice New York strip

Lamb
Fresh Oregon rack of lamb, brushed with olive oil and lemon pepper and broiled.

Salmon market price
Wild Salmon, broiled or poached, your choice.

Halibut(in season) market price
Fresh halibut, prepared to your liking!

Chicken choose your favorite way:
Parmesan crusted and topped with marina sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Or pan seared with white wine lemon caper butter sauce.
